The energy today can go one or two ways; either you were spending way too much time on one aspect of your life and not the other or the connection with yourself is growing and you are seeking time alone.
If you resonate with the first group, it is important to remember that balance is key. When being on a spiritual journey, do not deny the physical. Growing does take constant energy but energy needs to be spread out over one's entire life. If you have been working hard lately, it is time to take a break and connect with family and friends, or yourself. Or it could be the opposite, you are spending way too much time relaxing with people instead of putting energy into your career or foundations. Both of these scenarios will bring an imbalance in your life and cause you to feel unease. That little voice inside you is guiding you to make time for all things. Do not try and fit everything into one day, make a plan.
For others, diving into their spiritual journey has been very rewarding. New insights have been reached and there is a stronger willingness to face one's shadow. With all of this progression, the Practical things in the 3D realm cannot be ignored. Do not forget to pay your bills or keep in contact with friends and family. If you find yourself closing off a little too much, take a break from spirituality. This does not mean completely abandon your journey, this means to provide yourself time to Ground. When we spend too much time in the spiritual realm, the physical realm can suffer. The 3D is just as important, we are spiritual beings having a human experience, don't forget to be human!

If you find yourself worrying that you are not doing something right, understand that being worried in general means that you're doing something. Do not be hard on yourself or pressure yourself to be somewhere you're not ready to be. All things come with time.
